The more precise the rollout context, the faster the conversation can move to concrete configuration decisions.

1. Select the models

The process starts with product families and model pages. At this stage, it is worth selecting the exact references that should enter the rollout or comparison set.

2. Complete the configuration

Each model can be assigned a quantity and an RAL color. If the project covers several zones or sites, it is best to note that immediately in the additional information field.

3. Provide quotation details

The form collects mandatory contact details, company name, country and city of delivery. That is the minimum dataset needed to start a meaningful review of the request.

4. Receive Metaf feedback

Metaf then reviews models, configuration, delivery conditions and project scale. The answer comes back in the context of real demand rather than an anonymous price list.

What to include in the request

The better the rollout context, the stronger the commercial and technical reply.

  • • Whether the models should be standardised across facilities
  • • Whether a specific RAL color is required
  • • Whether delivery should happen in one or multiple batches
